Guidelines for Submission

Submission deadline: 2023/10/31

Two types of submission: 1. Oral presentation (Faculty). 2. Poster presentation (Student).

Step 1: Prepare your abstract using the template (Abstract: 1 page).

Step 2: Upload your abstract and personal information during registration. Please name the files as "yourname_abstract.docx" and "yourname_personal_Info.docx"

Guidelines for Poster Presentation

Please refer to the poster list (TBA on Nov.30th) to find your poster presenting number

  • Poster Competition (Dec. 11th)

    • ​Dimension of poster: A0 size (84 cm wide x 120 cm high)

    •  Poster presentation:

      • Short talk (please send your slides for 2-min talk before Dec. 5th to tjbw2023@gmail.com)

      • Poster demonstration (explanation and Q&A)

  • Poster Award presentation (Dec. 12th): 

    • ​For those receiving poster award, please deliver a 10-min oral presentation in the afternoon of Dec. 12th.

    • Winner list will be announced in the evening of Dec. 11th.

    • Please upload your slides in the noon of Dec. 12th.

    • ​Due to short notice, we suggest students to prepare your talk in advance.
