Bilateral Workshop

The goal of the workshop is to establish as many new relationships as possible among the speakers and the audiences, who are stimulated each other in the course of presentations and discussions, where the participants find out and confirm certainly significant progress of the scientific and engineering researches, which are also believed to greatly contribute to industrial and economical activities over cooperating Asian trinity of Kansai, Kyushu (Japan) and Tainan (Taiwan).
